Church Services Update

Church Services Update

Love one another

Our 10:30am Sunday services resumed on 11th April 2020 and our 7:30pm Wednesday Bible studies resumed on 31st March 2020.

Both services are in a new, socially-distant format and will continue each week until further notice.

As each service is limited to a maximum number of people, Wednesday services typically remain below capacity but on Sundays, we need to operate on a two-groups-of-80 basis where each group attends church on an every-other-Sunday rolling schedule as shown below.

Group NumberDate to Attend Church
Group 130th May
Group 26th June
Group 113th June
Group 220th June
Group 127th June
Each group should attend on the allocated Sunday every other week as above. Sunday services commence at 10:30am.

Enjoy our Sunday & Wednesday services online

For those who are unable to attend the church services, we will continue to live stream each service on our live stream page, on our YouTube channel and via Zoom so nobody needs to miss a minute of our services.

Service Formats

The format of the Sunday services will include live worship from the Ebenezer Praise band, a time of reflection as we observe the Lord’s Supper and a sermon from God’s Word. Band members will use safety screens and no congregational singing is permitted unfortunately.

Our 7:30pm Wednesday Bible Study will feature a message from God’s Word followed by a time of corporate prayer (only the Bible Study section will be streamed on the website).

Service Times

Sunday services will be held at 10:30am with an estimated end time of 11:30am.

Wednesday Bible studies start at 7:30pm and end before 9pm.

Lord’s Supper

And he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” And likewise the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood.

Luke 22:19-20

With non-transferable places already allocated at each Sunday meeting, we look forward to enjoying fellowship together as we worship the Risen Lord Jesus Christ in the way that He commanded His Followers to do so.

For Believers attending the Sunday services, individual bread and wine portions will be provided and available to collect upon entry to the church. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own bread and wine portions.
